This is the first hour (Part 1) of the homelessness marathon. Because of technical problems, this hour was not available to some radio stations. The panel consists of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit against the City of Fresno and describes the situation that led to the legal action.

Hour-by-hour, the schedule of the 14-hour long marathon can be found at http://www.homelessnessmarathon.org/schedule2007.html
Note that the times are in Eastern Standard Time; for Pacific Standard Time, subtract three hours.
I hosted two hours of the show--a segment on Homeless Encampments from 10 PM to 11 PM PST (1 AM-2 AM EST on the schedule), and another Open Line from midnight to 1 AM PST (3-4 AM EST on the schedule).
These two hours are not yet directly posted but should be available soon.
